Hello Kitty Mimobot

There’s a cute little store in Sausalito, CA that sells a bunch of random items — from miniatures to video game collectibles to funny household items. It’s called Sausalito Ferry Co. and I make sure to drop by there every time I’m in the area (as well as Games People Play right across the street). Last time I was there (two weeks ago), I saw this Hello Kitty Mimobot. There are 5 different HK designs, and the one I got is called “X”.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with mimobots, they are designer USB flash drives. This particular mimobot has various Hello Kitty wallpapers, icons, screensavers, and avatars in a zip file contained in the USB drive. I’ve set some of my desktop icons and it looks super cute.

When you plug in the mimobot, the bottom part lights up blue, like so:

This mimobot has 4GB, and I got it for $36.00.
