This is the outfit that inspired my Green and Yellow Look I posted yesterday:
I purchased all three pieces — the mustard yellow, scoopneck shirt with quilted capsleeves ($8.80), the doilie knit vest ($19.80), and the rose pleated skirt ($17.80) — at Forever 21. I really love the vest, because I can wear it on top of a lot of other outfits to give it an extra feminine look.
