L’Oreal HiP Color Chrome Eyeliner Review + Look
Posted on April 8, 2010 | 7 CommentsAfter trying out the new Mianli Liquif'Eye Metallic Eye Liner Pencil and MAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liners, I figured why not also try the L'Oreal HiP ones too! Like the Milani pencils, L'Oreal HiP Color Chrome pencils also have a metallic finish (whereas MAC Pearlglides are shimmery). The Color Chrome pencil felt like gel when I applied it -- L'Oreal calls them "liquid pencils", and I think that's a really good description of it! Read more... -
MAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liners
Posted on April 7, 2010 | 1 CommentMAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liners are part of the Art Supplies collection that launched in stores last Thursday, April 1, 2010. My favorite is "Undercurrent", a beautiful blue teal. My second favorite is "Designer Purple", because it's very vibrant. See all 6 shades here! Read more... -
Glittery Brown Look
Posted on April 6, 2010 | 1 CommentThis is my first look using the Stila Jewel Eye Shadow Palette. My favorite color in this quad palette is "Golden Topaz", and it's the color I used here. The glitter almost makes the eye shadow look wet, so I'm enjoying this particular glitter so far. Read more... -
My Easter Basket!
Posted on April 5, 2010 | 1 CommentWhen I was younger, I was always excited about looking for Easter eggs and finding my Easter basket (the "Easter Bunny" used to hide my basket somewhere in my room while I was sleeping -- usually in my closet LOL). Now that I'm "too old" for baskets, I still keep my hopes up for one. :) After telling my boyfriend about this, he started surprising me with a basket of goodies on Easter (even though he's Jewish! haha). Here's what he gave me yesterday! Read more... -
Brown and Gold with Red Lips Look
Posted on April 3, 2010 | 3 CommentsThis eye shadow combination is what I have done throughout most of college, because these four colors were my first MAC products (well, actually I used "Bagatelle" instead of "Gorgeous Gold" but it was limited edition and I used it all up :(). The lipstick I'm wearing is MAC "Spice It Up!" -- my new favorite red lipstick. It's a very wearable shade of red! Read more...
