I found my old Vidal Sasson Triple-Barrel Waver I had my first year of college. It’s my second one ever, since I had misplaced my first one that I got sometime in high school. Years later, this thing still works! I like using this triple-barrel waver to add volume and natural-looking waves to my hair:

Here are some pictures I took while doing my hair:

I have long hair (currently down to my lower back) with layers in the front. It took me about 20 minutes to do all of my hair, and I sprayed just a little bit of Bumble and Bumble Does It All Spray to set it. The waves last all day, and it was still just as wavy and voluminous when I woke up in the morning.
This triple-barrel waver has lasted for years, and it’s cheap! I usually see Vidal Sassoon Triple-Barrel Wavers for around $20 — great for a student budget!
Just remember to use a heat protection spray before use, which I use before applying any type of heating tool on my hair.
The makeup I’m wearing in these pictures is from my MAC Teal Pigment Look post.

wow! i’ve been regularly checking your website to get make-up & fashion ideas since january, and this is so far your best look–i think it’s got a lot to do with the hairstyle which is perfect for the shape of your face. the waves are so funky that i couldn’t resist leaving you a comment.

Thanks Ate LeAn! I’m glad I still know enough Tagalog to understand that
hahaha
Ness — thanks for being a regular! I haven’t been doing much with my hair lately besides comb and blow dry, but I used to either flat iron or curl my hair everyday! Whenever I have more time, I’ll try to do more with my hair again.
very pretty
