Purple and Blue Hydrangea Look

My mom’s favorite flowers are hydrangeas, especially the purplish-blue ones like this:

So I came up with this purplish-blue look for Mother’s Day:

This is the first time I’m using MAC “Corn Flower” Pigment, which is a pastel blue color with violet pearl.

EYES
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance (entire lid)
- MAC Pigment in “Corn Flower” (applied wet on lower lid using a sponge applicator and MAC Pro Water Base Mixing Medium — click here to see how to make your own homemade mixing medium)
- MAC E/S in “Deep Truth” (outer V and crease)
- MAC E/S in “Naked Lunch” (highlight)
- MAC Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner in “Petrol Blue” (upper lash line; wing out the ends)
- MAC Chromagraphic Pencil in “NC15/NW20″ (lower lash line; blend with a MAC 219 Pencil Brush)
- Lancome Oscillating Mascara (top and bottom lashes)

CHEEKS
- MAC Powder Blush in “Well Dressed” (on apples)
- TEMPTU AIR pod Highlighter in “301 Champagne” (to highlight upper half of apples and up towards temples)

LIPS
- MAC Lip Pencil in “In Synch” (along lip line)
- MAC L/S in “Saint Germain”

In case you’ve ever wondered why I always wear the same necklace in my pictures, it’s because my mom gave it to me, and it’s been my lucky charm for years. I wear it everyday. :)

To my mom (who reads my site all the time haha), I love you and thank you for everything! You’re the best! <3

Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms out there!
