I got this mustard yellow with cream floral print skirt at Forever 21 for only $19.80. The cream belt came with the skirt. I paired it with the same mustard yellow top I featured in Fashion Friday: Episode 3 as well as a multi-strand faux pearl necklace that I got at H&M for $17.95.

I wore this outfit with matching yellow knee-high boots that I got in somewhere in New York City when I visited two summers ago — it’s super comfy, and it was only $25.00! I actually like these boots more than my $100+ ones.
