MAC lipsticks come in a variety of finishes (such as Frost, Glaze, Lustre, Matte, Satin, Amplified Creme, etc.), but now there’s a new type — Dazzle! Dazzle lipsticks are packed with shimmery glitter, with shades that range from sheer to medium color coverage. These lipsticks are limited edition and are part of the MAC Digi-Dazzle Collection (originally only available at Nordstrom back in July, but are now at MAC stores). I purchased 4 of the 13 Dazzle Lipsticks shown below (from left to right): “Smash Hit”, “Hellraiser”, “Infused with Glam”, and “Naughty You”.

Each lipstick is $14.50 (the same price as the other MAC lipsticks). I like that these lipsticks have glitter without the gritty feeling that I expected it would have on my lips. I took macro pictures of the lipsticks I got without flash, so that you can see the colors and glitter up close:

“Smash Hit” (left) is a white-beige color with gold glitter. This is one of the sheerest colors in the Digi-Dazzle Collection. “Hellraiser” (right) is a light lavender color with blue/silver glitter. This one is also pretty sheer (I can’t wait to try it on top of another purple lipstick, like the one I wore in my Daytime Pinks and Plums Look!).

“Infused with Glam” (left) is copper brown with a red shade of glitter. “Naughty You” (right) is a really fun neon pink color with fuchsia glitter.
