Black, Brown, and White Look
Posted on August 19, 2010 | 1 CommentThis is a dramatic black and white smokey eye look with an unexpected pop of brown. The brown helps to transition the white with the black. Try this look at night when you're going out for dinner or to a party! Read more... -
Bright Lime Green Look
Posted on August 18, 2010 | 2 CommentsI used complementary colors for this look, similar to my Bright Yellow Look. This time I applied shades of green and red makeup. I wore an all-black dress, so I wanted to go bold with my makeup to add some color to my overall look. Read more... -
MAC “Blue Brown” Pigment
Posted on August 17, 2010 | 5 CommentsMAC "Blue Brown" Pigment is a duochrome color, which means it shifts between two different colors depending on the way light hits it. Light Pink Look
Posted on August 16, 2010 | 2 CommentsThis is a very subtle "almost no makeup" look with a little bit of color. I used light pink on my eyes, cheeks, and lips. I added a touch of green on my lower waterline for a tad more color, but you can leave this out if you want it to look more natural. This is a great look for daytime wear or for all day for those of you who are just getting into makeup or who prefer to wear subtle makeup. Read more... -
Back to School Makeup Look
Posted on August 14, 2010 | 7 CommentsThis is a very quick makeup look you can wear when you're rushing out to your early morning class. This look has pops of bright colors to make you look both awake and spunky throughout the day! I kept the colors on my eyeliner, cheeks, and lips -- you can even keep the bright color to one or some of these areas instead. Read more...
