While making my weekly visit to one of my favorite local unique clothing and gift stores, I came across a cute plush flower pot. I noticed a leaf sticking out of the side of the pot, so I pulled on it and was surprised to see that the flower pot is actually a measuring tape! Since I’ve started some new sewing projects, I figured this would be great to have since the tape is soft and flexible (unlike metal ones) and it can also be used as a pin cushion.
This measuring tape can measure up to 60 inches (or up to 150 cm, shown on the other side of the tape). When you’re ready to retract it, just press the bottom of the flower pot!
The company that makes these For Good Measure Measuring Tapes is called Two’s Company. The measuring tapes are part of their Cupcake & Cartwheels collection. These measuring tapes come in three styles: Beehive, Mr. Bluebird, and Flower Pot. I bought mine for $12.95 at a store called Therapy.
