Neon Green and Yellow Look

I came up with this neon green and yellow eye shadow look and wore it with deep purple lips for some contrast. For the eyes, I used a bright yellow on the center of my lower lid where the ball of my eye protrudes. When you apply a light color on this area, it adds more dimension to your eyes. For the lips, I used dark purple and bright purple lipsticks, concentrating the bright purple only on the center of my lips to mimic the placement of the eye shadow.
