If you love green eye shadow, try this green smokey eye! Apply the darkest green color from your upper lash line up to just past your crease. I like to blend a lighter green color along the entire crease to create a smooth transition between the highlight color and the darkest green.

I love green!!! and the green looks phanomenal on you.
May I ask what’s your skin type?
Hi Lily! Thanks! My skin type is normal/combination.
Nice!!!
Thanks Noniek!!!
May I ask…why do you use a different mascarra for the lower lashes? I love the falsies and always use it for upper and lower. Thanks for your feed back. Loving your web site!
Also, Moss Scape seems to be discontinued on MAC…would you suggest another color in it’s place?
Hi Nicole,
I mainly use a different one (specifically Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara — click here for my review) just for the purpose of being able to apply it really quickly and mess free at the same time. The wand is much smaller, and since mascara is my last step in my makeup routine I pretty much always rush when I apply it.
I like using Falsies for upper and lower too.
Hi Nicole,
There isn’t really a close dupe for Moss Scape that’s similar in consistency (and in use as an eye shadow base) to a Paint Pot. The color of Moss Scape is similar to mixing MAC eye shadows in “Sumptuous Olive” and “Humid” — a green-gold. You can try applying a similar-colored green pigment wet to intensify the color, or you can just skip that step altogether. You can still achieve a pretty similar look without it. Hope that helps!
