Fashion Friday: Episode 63

I bought two shorts from Anthropologie that are both featured on their new May 2011 catalog. The blue Gerbera Shorts has beautiful brown embroidery of African daisies on both front and back. These shorts are cut straight without any pleating, so I love how they don't flare out. The other pair of shorts has dragonfly print, and it comes with a sash made of the same fabric. Read more... -

Subtle Blue and Green Look

A few years ago, I didn't wear much blue or green eye shadow, but now I love incorporating them in my makeup! I found it helpful to start with adding a little blue or green somewhere in your makeup look before you start using more of them. This subtle blue and green look is a good transition to using more of these bright colors (and it's nice for daytime, too!). :) Read more...
