Helping a child in need can be as easy as buying a pair of shoes! TOMS gives a new pair of shoes to a child in need with every pair of shoes you buy (this is part of their One for One movement, as you can see on the shoe box pictured left). I bought my first pair of TOMS two weeks ago, and I have to say I love it — not only is it comfortable and cute, it gives me the happy feeling of having done something good. The shoe I have is one of their newest styles, a Black Cord Wrap Wedge ($69.00).

The corduroy is very soft, and it comes in either black, camel, or mustard color. I love the black wedge, because it can be worn with pretty much anything. The heel height is 3 1/4″, and it has TOMS classic suede insole with cushion for comfort. I can easily wear these wedges all day, and they were actually the only shoes I brought with me when I traveled to the East Coast last weekend (and I always pack more than one shoe)!
