This makeup look uses some of my favorite bright eye shadows: Make Up For Ever “75″ (neon pink), Make Up For Ever “18″ (vibrant orange), and MAC “Electric Eel” (bright blue). Applying the pink and blue eye shadows next to each other creates a bright purple color where they are blended. In addition to lining my lower water line with a black kohl pencil, I also lined the outer edge of the lower waterline with a blue kohl pencil so that some blue peeks through the black. This ties in the blue eye shadow on the outer V.
