Light Green and Pink Makeup Look

With the sun shining more often these past few days, I felt like creating this springtime look. Some green peeks out on the lid from the dark brown eye shadow on the outer lid — this makes me think of the green buds that start to appear on tree branches this time of year. The pink color is the only non-matte eye shadow I used. The shimmer of the pink eye shadow is concentrated just along the crease, giving an interesting yet subtle effect.

– Laura Mercier Eye Basics in “Wheat” (prime entire lid)
– Make Up For Ever E/S in “35″ — Buff; barely there pink (highlight)
– MAC Limited Edition E/S in “French Cuff” (midtone — the area between your highlight and crease)
– Make Up For Ever E/S in “149″ — Iridescent Flourescent Green; bright green shimmer (center lid to inner corner)
– Make Up For Ever E/S in “139″ — Iridescent Brown Black; brown black shimmer (outer fourth of lower lid)
– Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel in “77″ (upper lash line)
– Make Up For Ever Aqua Smoky Lash Waterproof Extra Black Mascara (two coats on top and one coat on bottom lashes)

– Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzing Makeup Base (contour)
– Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush in “68 Rose Écrin” (on apples)

– MAC Lip Pencil in “Spice” (along lip line, then fill in entire lip area)
– Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color SPF 12 in “Rose Blossom 11″
