Shimmery eye makeup is a great way to glam up your look for the holidays and special occasions. Shimmer is an easier alternative to glitter, because you still get some sparkle without the extra steps glitter usually requires to stay on for a long time. I focused on blue shimmer for this look, but you can use any shimmery color on your lid and a darker shade of the same color on your outer V. Steel blue color is typically a less vibrant shade of blue, since it's supposed to resemble steel metal. However, MAC Pro's "Steel Blue" Pigment is just gorgeous! I wish steel really did look like this shimmery goodness. Read more...
