Christmas Makeup Look
Posted on December 23, 2010 | 4 CommentsI came up with this fun and festive green and red makeup look for Christmas. I tend to wrap gifts pretty elaborately and make my own bows out of different kinds of ribbons, so after hours of wrapping and decorating I thought why not include a bow in a makeup look? :) Check out my "bow eyeliner" where I drew a bow with black gel liner and connected one end to the wing of my eye liner! Holiday Party Makeup Look
Posted on December 18, 2010 | 6 CommentsHere's my holiday party makeup look, complete with glitter and crystals! I used both cosmetic grade gold glitter with eyelash glue and Milani Crystal Eyes in gold on my eyes. I also applied three crystals in a line that follows the curve of my lower lash line. The crystals on the ends are silver and the one in the middle is a yellow gold to match the silver and gold sequins on my holiday party dress. Read more... -
Snowy Winter Makeup Look
Posted on December 15, 2010 | 11 CommentsThis makeup look was inspired by the white snow and gray skies of winter that I rarely get to see (here in California). Shimmery Blue Look
Posted on December 8, 2010 | 2 CommentsShimmery eye makeup is a great way to glam up your look for the holidays and special occasions. Shimmer is an easier alternative to glitter, because you still get some sparkle without the extra steps glitter usually requires to stay on for a long time. I focused on blue shimmer for this look, but you can use any shimmery color on your lid and a darker shade of the same color on your outer V. Also, check out a picture of me (wearing this makeup) with American Idol finalist Jasmine Trias. :) Read more...
