Smokey Taupe Look + My Yellowstone Trip!
Posted on September 14, 2010 | 1 CommentSince taupe is a grayish brown color, I made this smokey look using a gray eye shadow as a base on the lid and smoking it out with a browner taupe color. When smudging the entire upper lash line with a color like brown, it's easier to work with and it's more wearable than when using black. This look can also be worn during the daytime without looking too dramatic -- I wore this makeup on a hike in Yellowstone National Park! Read more... -
Bright Pink and Light Blue Look

I wanted the light blue to stand out even with such a bright color above it, so I did this by not transitioning it into the pink too much -- only blend lightly right where the two colors meet. Urban Decay Ink for Eyes Review + Purple Cat Eye EOTD

I have the purple eyeliner called "Empire", so I wanted to recreate the cat eye from the Urban Decay advertisement for these eyeliners. Brown, Green, and Yellow Look
