Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat
Posted on November 22, 2011 | Leave a CommentNot only do I come up with a blue and gold makeup look for the Cal vs. Stanford football game each year, I also like to do something school-spirited with my nails. I tried OPI's "Black Shatter" crackle nail polish back in January 2011, and I really liked it. So when I saw this navy blue Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat at my local drugstore, I thought this would be a great way to combine my school colors! Crackle polishes create a unique design on your nails very quickly and easily! Read more... -
MAC Glitter and Ice Paint Pot in “For Effect”
Posted on November 14, 2011 | 2 CommentsMAC released their Glitter and Ice Collection for Holiday 2011 at the end of October. There are three limited edition Paint Pots included in this collection, and this black with pearl one called "For Effect" is the one that impressed me the most. The color can look anything between a light gray to a gunmetal gray/black depending on how much you apply. This paint pot is great for smokey and wintery makeup looks! See pictures of swatches and how I like to apply it -- the silver sparkle is so pretty! Read more... -

Inglot YSM Cream Foundation
Posted on October 3, 2011 | 2 CommentsInglot YSM Cream Foundation is a medium to full coverage foundation with a semi-matte finish. YSM stands for Young Skin Makeup, and it's the line of foundation from Inglot that's best suited for those looking for more of a natural look. This is a great everyday foundation that's not too expensive. Compared to similar name-brand foundations by MAC, Make Up For Ever, and Bobbi Brown, this foundation is only $15.00 for the same amount of product! Read more...
