Trish McEvoy Intense Gel Eye Liner

I have been such a huge fan of Inglot Eyeliner Gels, but I have to wash the brush I use to apply it after every use as it quickly dries and stiffens the brush. When I heard of this gel eye liner in pencil form by Trish McEvoy, I thought it would be worth checking out to see if I could get similar results as Inglot ones without having to wash another brush. Essie Nail Lacquer in “Turquiose & Caicos”

As the hunt continues for something mint to add to my wardrobe, I figured I'd just paint my nails a shade of mint. I bought this Essie Nail Lacquer in "Turquoise & Caicos" last summer, but I had it sitting on my vanity all this time. The color is distinctly green-based so it looks like a dark mint color. Maybelline Color Tattoo 24HR Eyeshadow in “Tough as Taupe”
Posted on February 7, 2012 | 7 CommentsI've been using creamy gel texture eyeshadow products a lot lately, so I wanted to try the new Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadows to see how they perform for a drugstore alternative. I picked up the matte gray-beige color called "35 Tough as Taupe". Although there are some fun, colorful shades like teal and orange, I was drawn to this color because I wanted to see if it's a dupe for Mally Evercolor Shade Sticks I've been using for wedding looks. Chanel Illusion d’Ombre Long Wear Eyeshadow in “Mirifique”
Posted on January 30, 2012 | 7 CommentsI finally splurged on the super gorgeous Chanel Illusion d'Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in "85 Mirifique". This eye shadow has a gel-based formula that feels light like a mousse yet is thick like a cream. Because of the unique texture, it applies easily as an eyeshadow or eyeliner! Lancôme Glamour Eyes by Michelle Phan + EOTD
Posted on January 24, 2012 | 4 CommentsYouTube makeup guru and Lancôme video makeup artist Michelle Phan put together this Lancôme Glamour Eyes kit that's exclusively sold at Sephora. I had plans to try out the Lancôme Artliner Eyeliner sometime, so I figured I'd just buy this kit since it comes with a full-size Artliner in "Noir" as well as a Color Design All-In-One 5 Shadow and Line Palette called "307 Chic by Chelle" and a travel-size Hypnôse Drama Mascara.
