I saw this Free People Fancy Lace Dress on display and was drawn to the cute details that enhance this nude-colored dress. There are silver metallic foil embellishments that look like tiny silver flowers/leaves stamped all over the fabric. I adore the ruffle trim at the hem as well. Since it has a plunging V-neckline, I wore a sheer black chiffon blouse underneath for a more conservative look. My fiancé surprised me with the ultimate birthday (and Christmas) present -- one of the most timeless purses of all time! He picked out this Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black lambskin with silver hardware. This purse is also known as the 2.55 bag, the number referring to February 1955 when Coco Chanel designed the initial version of this handbag. Every December I look for a special dress I like to call my "December Dress". This is the dress that I wear on my birthday as well as to the annual Google Holiday Party. When I go "December Dress" shopping, I usually don't have a particular style in mind -- just whatever catches my eye.
