    Steel Blue and Brown Look

This is a look using one of my favorite MAC Pro pigments called "Steel Blue". This deep turquoise green blue pigment has a gold undertone that shows up depending on how the light hits it. I like wearing this pigment wet, because it really makes the color more intense and brings out more of the golden tones. Read more...

Urban Decay Naked Palette Look 2

This is the second look using the Naked Palette I've been writing about lately. I wanted to come up with a bronze makeup look featuring two of the gorgeous bronze eye shadow colors in the palette -- Half Baked (bronze) and Toasted (taupe-bronze). Both of these colors are available as single eye shadows in case you want to buy them separately. Urban Decay Naked Palette Look 1

This is the first makeup look I came up with using eye shadows from the Urban Decay Naked Palette. There are so many neutral looks that you can create with this palette. If you're also a proud owner of the Naked Palette, I'd love to see what looks you come up with too (email me)! :) Read more...

The contrast created by using light and dark colors makes this a dramatic nighttime look. I applied a bright pop of color on my lips to make them stand out. I used Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics OCC Lip Tar in "Harlot" -- it's a gorgeous vibrant cherry red with a coral undertone. Read more...

    Glittery Teal and Brown Look

I've been holding onto a gorgeous MAC Pro Glitter in "Turquoise" for a couple months now, and I finally got around to using it! I put it on top of one of my favorite Inglot eye shadow colors -- a matte teal ("372"). The glitter sparkles so much more than these pictures show! If you don't have this MAC Pro glitter, any cosmetic grade turquoise glitter will do! Read more...
