Gray, Brown, and Gold Look
Posted on December 1, 2010 | 2 CommentsThis is the look I wore to Thanksgiving dinner with my family. The eye shadow colors remind me of the brown, gray, and gold iridescence found in turkey feathers. Try this makeup look for your next holiday gathering (especially with red lipstick)! Read more... -
Pale Pink and Brown with Bright Pink Lips Look
Posted on November 24, 2010 | 4 CommentsWhen I want a bright pink lipstick to be the main focus of my makeup, I like to wear more of a neutral eye that integrates a light pink eye shadow. I also like to wear bright lipsticks when I don't have time to do much with my eyes. See how the bright lipstick stands out in the visually and historically "dark" scenery of the Tower of London! Inglot Green and Brown Look
Posted on November 17, 2010 | 2 CommentsThis is my first makeup look using Inglot eye shadows. The eye shadows are very smooth to apply and really easy to blend. This green color is absolutely gorgeous and vivid -- and best of all, it stays just as pigmented at the end of the day! Read more... -

Also, since the eye shadows I used are matte, this would look even more flattering with a shimmery lip gloss on top of a bold lipstick. Read more... -
Orange and Brown Look
Posted on November 10, 2010 | 2 CommentsWith Thanksgiving coming up, I wanted to create a makeup look that reminds me of harvest. One of the first things that comes to mind when I think of harvest is the brown horn of plenty (the cornucopia) with orange pumpkins in it. For this look, the brown eye shadows represent the horn-shaped wicker basket and there's a touch of orange on the outer lid and a pale orange on the inner lid to represent the scattered pumpkins.
