Colorful Makeup Look
Posted on June 29, 2011 | 7 CommentsI felt like coming up with this colorful vibrant look now that summer is here. The colors are very tropical -- it makes me want to go to Hawaii! :) The purple eye shadow I used is one of the prettiest purple shades I've come across -- Make Up For Ever "92". I also used a limited edition turquoise pigment -- MAC "Surf USA" eye shadow (from the MAC Surf, Baby! Collection that's in stores now) or any other bright turquoise eye shadow will work too! :) Read more... -

CARGO Lumières du Monde Holiday Palette + EOTD
Posted on January 5, 2011 | 6 CommentsMy younger sister got me this CARGO Lumières du Monde holiday palette for my birthday. Lumières du Monde is French for "Lights of the World". This palette features a collection of eight eye shadows and a duo of Medium Bronzer and Rome Blush. I haven't really used much CARGO makeup before, so I was happy to receive such a variety of colors that can be combined to create numerous daytime and nighttime looks! Check out the swatches and EOTD! Read more... -

I used my new Ingot eye shadows and gel liners to create this look, but as with all my looks you can just use similar colors from any brand you like. Read more... -
