I used a gray matte eyeshadow in this Eye of the Day (EOTD) called "Copperplate". This MAC eyeshadow is a great buildable shade -- you can apply it lightly on your outer V and crease to create a nice daytime look, and then add more to your outer V to quickly make your look more dramatic for nighttime. MAC Pro Gold Pigment Look

The MAC Pro pigment I used in this look is pure gold color, unlike the other "gold" pigments I've been using that are a mix of gold and other colors. I kept the gold pigment to below my crease so that the gold only shows up as a thin line when I have my eyes fully open. The lipstick I'm wearing is from the new MAC Pret-a-Papier Collection that launched last Thursday, April 22, 2010. Read more...
