Black, Pink, and Silver Look

Most of the eye shadows I used in this look are shimmery, because shimmer looks great at night. Bright Pink and Light Blue Look

I wanted the light blue to stand out even with such a bright color above it, so I did this by not transitioning it into the pink too much -- only blend lightly right where the two colors meet. Light Pink Look
Posted on August 16, 2010 | 2 CommentsThis is a very subtle "almost no makeup" look with a little bit of color. I used light pink on my eyes, cheeks, and lips. I added a touch of green on my lower waterline for a tad more color, but you can leave this out if you want it to look more natural. This is a great look for daytime wear or for all day for those of you who are just getting into makeup or who prefer to wear subtle makeup. Read more... -
Pink and Teal Look
Posted on August 5, 2010 | 3 CommentsI wanted to try out two pink pigments I haven't worn before, and it worked out that I was wearing a new rose-print dress that had the same colors as these pigments. I added some teal to this look to complement the pink (green and red are complementary colors, opposite from each other on the color wheel; teal is a bluish-green color and pink is a tint of red). If you don't have these pigments, you can just substitute them for similar eyeshadow colors. Read more...
